A 1960’s main bedroom suite located in Hudson, Ohio was given a total renovation. Where there were none; windows on either side of the bed were added to provide light and air. Square footage added to the back of the home to bring bathing and dressing amenities into the 21st century.
The main focal point of the bedroom is a set of antique barn doors from India being used as the headboard with their verde patina inspiring the color palette. The bench at the foot of the bed is a family heirloom that once served as a daybed. A pair of antique silver candelabra converted to lamps give the finishing touches to this comforting retreat.
The bathroom amenities including a whirlpool tub and a steam shower. “His” and “Her” vanities and separate walk-in closets allow the couple their space while dressing.
